Maybe we’re not scared of meeting because we’d be shy or it’ll be awkward,

Yes it might, but that’s not the point —

The point is we’re scared of the normalcy of it,

The sheer reminder that all this time apart was you learning a strange new place,

But now? Together?

We meet and it feels like it’s meant to be, because we’ve been in this position so much we’ve mastered it.
